Deleting Data (VISION HUB)

Unlike traditional accounts in applications you import "accounts" into vision hub via mnemonic phrases, backup files, or keypairs.

We do not control your account, or even know what accounts are loaded. Vision Hub is entirely self custody. With this in mind, your account data is not stored on our servers, but instead only locally on your device.

To delete all accounts from your local storage, you can uninstall the app or navigate to settings -> wallet access -> factory reset entire app. Optionally, you can just delete a profile via settings -> wallet access -> factory reset or a specific account via settings -> wallet management -> settings icon on the account -> delete account.

Once any account, profile, or application is deleted, it will no longer be accessible on your device and you will need to reimport the account to see it again.

Please exercise with extreme caution. We can not recover your account remotely or even with access your physical device. This action is permanent and irreversable.
