Self-Custody and User Responsibility Disclosure

ZERA Vision applications operate exclusively under a self-custody model. We never have access to your keys.

By using any ZERA Vision application, interface, and/or related service (collectively, the “Application”), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following without limitation or exception:

1. No Custody, No Access, No Recovery

• You are the sole custodian of your digital assets, wallet(s), and private cryptographic information.

• ZERA Vision, its developers, affiliates, partners, and contractors (collectively referred to as “ZERA Vision” or “we”) do not have access to, and cannot retrieve, view, reset, reconstruct, or recover any of the following:

  • Your private keys

  • Your recovery phrase (seed phrase)

  • Your wallet password or passphrase

  • Any authentication credentials, encrypted files, or backup data associated with your wallet

Your wallet and its associated cryptographic data exist solely under your control and are stored locally on your device or through whatever storage medium you personally choose. ZERA Vision does not store, transmit, or hold copies of your keys.

2. Absolute User Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept that you bear full and exclusive responsibility for:

• The generation, maintenance, and confidentiality of your recovery phrase, private keys, and passwords;

• The backup and secure offline storage of all wallet credentials;

• Preventing unauthorized access to your device and wallet;

If you lose your recovery phrase, private keys, or password, there is no technical method—within or outside of ZERA Vision—to restore or recover your wallet or any associated assets.

Such loss will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of access to your digital assets.

3. No Assistance, No Intervention, No Liability

ZERA Vision cannot and will not:

• Access or modify your wallet on your behalf;

• Retrieve, regenerate, or recover your recovery phrase, private keys, or wallet data;

• Compensate you for any loss, damage, theft, or inaccessibility resulting from loss of credentials, user error, software malfunction, hardware failure, malware, or any other cause.

Under no circumstances shall ZERA Vision, its affiliates, or personnel be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or digital assets;

• Any inability to access or recover a wallet;

• Any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use, misuse, or mismanagement of your self-custody wallet.

4. User Acknowledgment

By continuing to use this Application, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• ZERA Vision is not a custodian, exchange, intermediary, or service provider holding assets on your behalf;

• You are solely and exclusively responsible for securing and maintaining your cryptographic keys and recovery materials;

• Any and all risks associated with digital asset management, loss, or recovery are borne entirely by you.

5. Final Advisory

For your protection:

• Never share your recovery phrase or private keys with anyone, including any individual claiming to represent ZERA Vision.

• Always verify the authenticity of any ZERA Vision software or web address before entering wallet credentials.

• Backup your recovery phrase securely, offline, and redundantly in a location you control.

Loss of your recovery phrase or private keys is permanent and irreversible.
