1. PHILOSOPHY OF DATA MINIMIZATION

Vision Hub operates on the principle of Data Minimization as mandated by Article 6 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Our technical architecture is non-custodial; therefore, we do not collect, store, or have access to the personal data required by traditional financial applications.

2. NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII)

  • We Don't Know Who You Are: ZV does not require or collect your name, email address, physical address, or any government-issued identification.

  • No Tracking: We do not track your IP address for marketing purposes. We do not take steps to link your IP address with your wallet address or real-world identity.

  • Pseudonymous Data: Your public wallet address is processed transiently to facilitate Interface functionality. This data is pseudonymous and is not associated by ZV with any identifiable person.

3. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS AND BLOCKCHAIN IMMUTABILITY

You acknowledge that data recorded on a public blockchain is permanent and immutable.

  • No Right to Erasure on Chain: ZV has no technical ability to modify, delete, or "anonymize" data once it has been broadcast to a distributed ledger.

  • Consent to Broadcast: By using the Interface, you expressly consent to the permanent public record of your transaction hashes and wallet address on the relevant blockchain.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES (RPC & PARTNERS)

  • Service Performance: To execute transactions, VH may pass your public wallet address and session metadata to third-party RPC node providers (e.g., Helius). This data transfer is strictly limited to what is necessary for the performance of the contract (the Terms of Service).

  • KYC & Fiat Ramps: If you choose to use third-party fiat gateways (e.g., MoonPay), all personal data is provided directly to that third party. ZV does not store or process your KYC information.

5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER SWISS FADP

Under the Swiss FADP, you have the right to information, access, and data portability. However, because ZERA Vision generally stores zero personal data on its servers, we cannot fulfill requests to delete or modify data that we do not possess. Any exercise of your rights is limited to the data ZV internally controls, which typically consists of transient usage or session metadata only.

6. CONTACT AND DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller for the Interface is Oculit Advisors Inc, with its registered seat in Alberta, Canada. For any inquiries regarding data privacy, please contact legal@zeravision.ca.
