Whether you're applying for funding or launching a community initiative, a well-crafted proposal can open doors that determination alone cannot.

At ZERA Vision, we understand that challenge intimately. That’s why we created Proposal-as-a-Service, a support model designed to help mission-driven individuals and teams articulate their ideas with strategic precision and professional polish. But beyond our paid engagements, we’ve also built something we deeply believe in: a Pro Bono track for select submissions with extraordinary potential.

What is Proposal-as-a-Service?

Proposal-as-a-Service is exactly what it sounds like, a structured, collaborative process where ZERA Vision helps you define, refine, and develop your proposal from idea to completion. Think of it as part consulting, part storytelling, part execution.

We work with organizations, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to:

• Clarify their mission and objectives

• Translate complex ideas into action

• Align proposals with funding criteria or other requirements

But not every great idea has the funding to get started: which is why we created space for those who are early, bootstrapped, or simply giving back.

Why Pro Bono?

The truth is, some of the most promising ideas come from those who don’t yet have the resources to fully pursue them. We believe those ideas still deserve a shot.

Through our Pro Bono Proposal Support, we offer free access to our full proposal development process for a limited number of submissions. These are proposals that demonstrate clear purpose, bold thinking, and the potential for meaningful impact, whether in local communities or on a global scale. We don’t ask for fees. We don’t take equity.

Our Pro Bono program is open to:

• Nonprofits and grassroots initiatives

• Purpose-driven startups

• Social entrepreneurs

• Artists, educators, and community collaborators

• Anyone solving a real problem with a clear, actionable vision

We review submissions based on volume, originality, feasibility, and impact potential. We look for clarity of intent, and we reward boldness backed by thoughtful execution.

We’re proud to offer this service , and we’re intentional about how we do it. All pro bono submissions must be original and submitted in good faith. We don’t support fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative proposals. We aim to empower people who care about what they’re building.
